Як раніше повідомлялось, наш інститут виграв грант Модуль Жана Моне від навчальної програми ERASMUS+, що фінансується за кошти Європейського Союзу. Відтепер наші студенти мають унікальну можливість бути присутніми на лекціях Jean Monnet Module «Комерційне право Європейського Союзу». До нас завітають іноземні спікери, представники університетів Польщі (проф. Кручалак-Янковска) та Австрії (проф. Томіслав Боріч), лекції відповідно проводитимуся польською та англійською мовами. У рамках програми передбачається також дослідницька робота. Зокрема, уже результати досліджень опубліковані в таких статтях як «Поняття і сутність корпоративної власності» (проф. Васильєва В.А.) та «Види джерел корпоративного права ЄС» к.ю.н. Ковалишин О.Р.). Сформовано також чотири методичні рекомендації англійською мовою з предмету «Комерційне право Європейського Союзу» та створено окремий розділ на сайті Юридичного Інституту (https://ksud.pnu.edu.ua/jean-monnet-module-cleu/about-the-module/), де всі бажаючі зможуть дізнатись детальніше про спікерів та заходи, які відбудуться, а студенти завжди зможуть отримати навчальні матеріали та переглянути фото з вже проведених лекцій.
As previously was reported, Law Institute has won the Jean Monnet Module Grant (ERASMUS+), funded by the European Union. Our students have a unique opportunity to attend the Jean Monnet Module “Commercial Law of the European Union”. Foreign speakers, representatives of the universities of Poland (prof. Kruczałak-Jankowska) as well as Austria (prof. Tomislav Boric) are invited, their lectures will be held respectively in Polish and English. The program also prescribes research work. The results of the research have been already published in such articles as “About the Nature of Corporate Ownership” (Prof. Vasylieva), “Types of legal sources of EU Company Law” (PhD Kovalyshyn). Four educational guidelines have been already formulated in English on the subject “Commercial Law of the European Union”. A separate website was created on the site of the Law Institute (https://ksud.pnu.edu.ua/jean-monnet-module-cleu/about-the-module/), where everyone will be able to learn more about the speakers and activities that are taking place according to this Jean Monnet Module. The students will always be able to receive training materials and see photos from the lectures in it.
