On May 10, 2022, Assoc. prof., PhD, attorney at law Alexandra Partyk (Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University) presented a lecture on “Principle of community coexistence and perspective of judgment’s intuition” for the students of Law Institute (specialty “European and International Law”, “Law”).
The lecture was held within the framework of the Agreement on Cooperation between the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University.
At the lecture, the teacher presented a report on the assessment of Article 5 of the Polish Civil Code on the inadmissibility of abuse of civil rights by participants in civil relations and explained principles of community coexistence and judges’ intuition.
10 травня 2022 року в Юридичному інституті відбулась лекція доцента юридичного факультету Академії Моджевського доктора права, адвоката Александри Партик на тему ‘’Principle of community coexistence and perspective of judgment’s intuition”.для студентів спеціальностей «Міжнародне та Європейське право», «Право». На лекції викладач презентувала доповідь стосовно оцінки статті 5 Цивільнго кодексу Польщі щодо недопустимості зловживання цивільними права учасниками цивільних правовідносин. Лекція була проведена в рамках Договору про співпрацю між НН юридичним інститутом та Академією Моджевського (Краків, Польща).
